20Twenty handles bespoke FIT tourists, M.I.C.E business and Leisure & Special Interest Groups as well as shore excursions for top-end cruise lines. We offer Hotel accommodation, “Meet & Greet” and Airport-Hotel-Airport Transfer service. Coaches, Mini-Buses and VIP transfers in Limousine/Mercedes are arranged as required, even at short notice. In the challenging cruise business we are very proud of our long association with Cunard and Swan Hellenic, which is a seal of our longstanding tradition of excellence and reliability in service. Recent clients include: Seabourn Cruise Line, SeaDream Yacht Club, Saga Shipping, Holland America Line, Hapag Lloyd, Star Clippers, Viking Cruise Line, Phoenix and Carnival Cruise Line.
In 2002, we expanded our services into Libya and started offering Port Agency Services and Shore Excursions from the Ports of Tripoli, Al Khoms, Benghazi, Derna and Tobruk. Currently, due to the current situation in the country, our offices in Libya are currently closed.
In 2005, MBL furthered its presence on the North African coast by adding the Algerian ports of Annaba, Skikda, Bejaia, Algiers, Oran and Ghazaouet to its portfolio. Clients include: Phoenix, Zegrahm, Saga Shipping, Fred Olsen, Thomson, Swan Hellenic and Hapag Lloyd.

We are very aware that in this line of business you are as good as your last call so we want to make sure that there are no “chinks” in the chain. We expect and demand from our suppliers that they maintain the same high standards. After all, we are as good as the supplier we use!

Tailor-made shore excursions are organized for leading cruise companies.
The MCS team is equally at ease handling a luxury yacht or a cruise ship. We invest a lot of time in researching and thorough site inspection to make sure we are aware of all the sites, venues, activities and suppliers so that we can continuously offer new and creative tours, whether high-end or budget, in our quest to keep in step with changing times. In 2011, we introduced OHS systems in our work and practice and we risk assess our tours before offering them to our clients. Members of our ground team are certified First Aiders. “We examine everything and overlook nothing.”
